When Rain Falls in Florence

Isabella Moretti, a gifted watercolor artist from Rome, relocates to Florence to escape a toxic relationship and find inspiration in the city’s historic beauty. She rents a quaint attic apartment with a view of the Duomo, sets up a tiny studio, and begins selling paintings at a weekend art fair near the Arno River.

One rainy afternoon, she bumps—literally—into Luca Benedetti, a brooding architect struggling to design a memorial for his late fiancée. The chance encounter leads to a shared coffee under a street awning, and despite their guarded hearts, a friendship begins to blossom.

As Isabella helps Luca rediscover beauty through her paintings and he encourages her to dream beyond the past, they find themselves pulled closer—until the reappearance of Isabella’s ex threatens to unravel the fragile bond they’ve built.

Set against the romantic cobblestones and galleries of Florence, When Rain Falls in Florence is a tale of healing, second chances, and the art of loving bravely again.
